Terms and Conditions
By booking with us, you understand you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking and Payment:
- All bookings for driving lessons must be made through our website or directly with instructor.
- You agree for our lessons fees, visible on our website.
- Payment for lessons must be made in advance, in time of booking, directly to instructor, unless agreed otherwise.
- Lesson fees are non-refundable after the lesson has been conducted.
2. Lesson Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Cancellations or rescheduling of lessons must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice result in the loss of the lesson fee.
3. Use Instructor car for test:
Drive4ever reserves the right to refuse use of car for UK Practical Test, if in the opinion of instructor the learner is not up to the standard required to take a test.
4. Instructor Assignments:
- Drive4ever reserves the right to assign instructors based on availability and student requirements.
- Instructors may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance.
5. Student Eligibility:
Students must possess a valid provisional Licence. Students must have at least 17-year-old and read the registration number plate from at least 20.5 metres.
6. Student Conduct:
- Students are expected to arrive on time for their lessons and maintain respectful behaviour towards instructors and other road users.
- In the event of a learner not turning up, your instructor will normally wait for 15 minutes before abandoning the lesson.
- Arrangements for the driving lessons, including the start time and start location, shall be agreed between you and the driving instructor directly.
- It is your responsibility to be on time for lessons. Lessons cannot be extended due to late arrival.
- You must have reasonable availability for lessons on a weekly basis.
- The instructor may refuse to proceed with the lesson if you use abusive language, threatening behaviour, or fail to follow reasonable instructions.
- The instructor may also refuse the lesson if they believe you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Unsafe or disrespectful behaviour may result in the termination of lessons without refund.
7. Completion of Lessons:
Completion of a driving program does not guarantee you will pass the driving test. Students must fulfil all requirements set by DVSA.
8. Privacy:
Drive4Ever Driving School respects the privacy of students and will handle personal information in accordance with relevant privacy laws.
9. Feedback and Complaints:
Students are encouraged to provide feedback and raise any concerns regarding lessons or instructors. Drive4Ever Learning will address complaints promptly and fairly.
10. Copyright and Content:
All content provided by Drive4Ever , including instructional materials, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Drive4Ever reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as needed. Students will be informed of any changes.
By booking lessons with Drive4ever Learning, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
